PROJECT FUTURES supports organisations and their projects in three ways
- 1. Raising funding and awareness for various projects and/or organizations and their work.
- 2. Access to an enthusiastic and committed volunteer base.
- 3. Marketing and implementation of projects.
Australia:
The Salvation Army's Safe House for Trafficked Victims

The Safe House provides supported accommodation for single women and young women in Sydney. Women are offered support by way of crisis and longer term assistance 24 hours day, 7 days a week. Casework focuses on holistic support including financial assistance, access to legal, medical and mental health services, education, employment services, rights education, social support, spirituality, living skills, personal development and recreational activities.
The Salvation Army and PROJECT FUTURES
The Freedom Advocates Project empowers survivors to engage in advocacy activities aimed at ending human trafficking and slavery. Participants are offered formal training and practical support to deliver community education, peer mentoring and policy recommendations, to improve the response of community and government agencies. The goal of the project is to ensure survivors are given a voice in the creation of programs and policies designed to assist them.
Childwise "Stop Child Sex Trafficking" Campaign

The Stop Child Sex Trafficking campaign is aimed at Australians, and informs them of the laws surrounding child sex tourism. Its purpose is to encourage Australians to appropriately respond to, and report, travelling child sex offences.
International:
PROJECT FUTURES provides financial support to two international anti-trafficking organisations. In April 2012, PROJECT FUTURES appointed a Partnership Liaison, based in Cambodia, with the purpose of improving further collaboration with international partner organisations.
The Somaly Mam Foundation

Founded in 2007 by trafficking survivor, Somaly Mam, the Foundation is dedicated to ending sex slavery around the world with a results-oriented, three-step approach: Action, Advocacy & Awareness.
AFESIP Cambodia

Founded by Somaly Mam in 1994 and based in Cambodia with centres in Laos and Vietnam, AFESIP provides centres for rehabilitation and reintegration of women and children forced into the sex industry.
